Fender guitars – El Mocambo

The Fender Custom Shop has paid tribute to the most legendary nightclub in Canada by doing what it does best and turning some of said nightclub into a pair of high-end electric guitars.
The setting of countless legendary live recordings – The Rolling Stones’ Love You Live and Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble’s Live at the El Mocambo, to name just a couple – the El Mocambo club in Toronto is one of the most storied in popular music.
El Mocambo in Toronto has been tributed in two new electric guitars from the custom shop, using pieces of the club itself.
Today, Fender Custom Shop announces the launch Limited Edition El Mocambo Stratocaster and Telecaster pairs, all of which were created using reclaimed wood from the famed Toronto nightclub of the same name.
